Return Policy

If you want to return the item, please meet the following requirements:

If Sunflags.com makes a mistake in your order, we will fix it at our expense; just let us know right away! If the mistake is the shipper’s or manufacturer’s, we will assist you in resolving the situation.

If your package be damaged in transit, please contact us right away so we can place a claim with the shipper and arrange for replacement shipping. You can also refuse to sign for it.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges at no additional cost of equal or lesser value. However you will be responsible for any shipping charges. Personalized or custom products as well as special order products cannot be returned or exchanged.


How long will it take to receive refund?

We will process the refund within 24 hours.
1, The money will be back to your PayPal account at once if you paid via PayPal.
2, The money will be back to your card in one week if you paid via credit card (the accurate date depends on your issuing bank).
